Shop Policy
1. You must be 18yrs of age or older to be pierced or tattooed.
2. A valid government issued ID is required. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Minors: Must produce a valid school ID and have a parent or legal guardian with a valid government issued ID present as well as a valid birth certificate. If last names are different a valid birth certificate and court records proving guardianship must be shown.(Parents/guardians must remain with you at all time.)
4. Care instructions for all tattoo and piercing procedures will be given to each client.
5. Tattoo and piercing care products are sold on site in the studio.
6. All tattoo and piercing needles are autoclaved and are one-use needles, opened in front of the client and disposed of after use according to OSHA standards. Prior to starting, the artist will show you the installation of a new needle, removed from its individual sterile packing.
7. Appointments are usually needed to ensure that each client and artist has enough time to complete the work, or if your procedure will require extensive planning and multiple hours of work.
8. Walk-ins are welcome, however clients may have to wait in the sitting area depending on the availability of the artists and traffic in the studio.
9. Depending on the size and detail required for your tattoo you, will be given an estimate of the total cost for your procedure.
10. Depending on the estimate all clients are required to leave a deposit of $20, $50, or $100 in order to secure your appointment and procedure.
11. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, TRANSFERABLE OR NEGOTIABLE.
12. Deposits are included into the final price of the tattoo. Should the tattoo require more that one appointment the deposit will be figured into the last appointment.
13. Deposits will be lost if you cancel an appointment and decide not to get the tattoo, completely change the design of the tattoo and it has to be redrawn or you miss your appointment.
14. In the event that you are not able to make your scheduled appointment you must call to reschedule during business hours by the day before your appointment.
15. You are allowed to reschedule an appointment up to 3 times, after that the deposit will be forfeited.
